Return and Exchange
The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract (purchase) without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving the order. In case of withdrawal, the buyer may return the product and receive a refund. Alternatively, the buyer may request an exchange in accordance with the conditions below.
The buyer may use the Return and Exchange form, and inform the seller by e-mail ([email protected]) as soon as possible but not later than the withdrawal period mentioned above. The buyer shall send the returned item(s) without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying the seller of the withdrawal. The return shipment should be sent to the following address:

The buyer is required to provide the seller with tracking information for the returned parcel.
The seller shall reimburse the price of the returned item(s), excluding shipping costs and any applicable customs duties and taxes, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which the returned item is received.
The reimbursement will be carried out using the same means of payment as the buyer used for the initial transaction. In case the buyer paid initially by bank transfer, his or her banking information will be needed in order to initiate a return transfer.
The buyer bears the direct cost of returning the product. In case of exchange, the shipping of the new exchanged product will be covered by the seller.
The products must be returned in their original condition, without use beyond what is necessary to try them on, and with the protective foil on the outsoles (where applicable). Returns should include the shoe bag and the box, which are considered part of the product. The buyer is liable for any diminished value of the product (e.g. damaged soles, visible wear, missing components) resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to try the product on. Returns that do not meet these conditions may result in a reduction of the refund. In cases where the product is returned in a condition that makes it unsuitable for resale, the return may be refused and sent back to the buyer.
Gift Card vouchers cannot be refunded. Items purchased using a Gift Card may be returned in accordance with this policy and refunds will be issued in the form of store credit.
Additional Information concerning only buyers from countries outside European Union
In addition to the abovementioned, the buyer must fill out and attach on top of the returning package the Shipping Label so that it is visible. The parcel must be declared as RETURNED GOODS and the invoice issued by the seller and the Return and Exchange form must be put inside the package.
The buyer should use an international courier service in order to ease the shipping process.
Not following the steps described above may result in delays in shipment, withholding the parcel by the custom authorities and imposing extra duties or taxes on the returned products. In such cases, the buyer may be held liable for any such charges or fees.
