Return and Exchange
The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract (purchase) without giving any reason within 14 days upon receipt of the order. The buyer has the right to return or exchange the product.
The buyer needs to fill out the Return and Exchange form and inform the seller by e-mail ([email protected]) as soon as possible but not later than the withdrawal period mentioned above.
All payments received from the buyer, except shipping costs, will be reimbursed without undue delay not later than 14 days from the day on which the seller receives the returned item.
The reimbursement will be carried out using the same means of payment as the buyer used for the initial transaction. In case the buyer paid initially by bank transfer, his or her banking information will be needed in order to initiate a return transfer.
The buyer bears the direct cost of returning the product. In case of exchange, the shipping of the new exchanged product will be covered by the seller.
The products have to be returned new, unused and with protective foil on the outsoles (where applicable). Returns must also include the shoe bag and the box (where applicable). The buyer is liable for any diminished value of the product resulting from the trying of the product other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product. Returns that do not meet the seller’s policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the buyer.
Gift Card vouchers and items purchased through Gift Card vouchers cannot be refunded.
Additional Information concerning buyers from countries outside European Union
In addition to the abovementioned, the buyer must fill out and attach on top of the returning package the Shipping Label so that it is visible. The parcel must be declared as RETURNED GOODS and the invoice issued by the seller and the Return and Exchange form must be put inside the package.
The buyer should use an international courier service in order to ease the shipping process.
Not following the steps described above may result in delays in shipment, withholding the parcel by the custom authorities and imposing extra duties or taxes on the returned products. In such cases, the buyer may be held liable for any such charges or fees.
