Shipping information

Depending on the location to which the item(s) will be delivered, different shipping methods will be available. International delivery within most European countries is made by Courier or by Postal Service. Delivery outside of Europe is made only by Postal Service. Deliveries by Courier are made to the address specified by the buyer. Deliveries by Postal Service are made to the post office local to the specified address.

We ship worldwide!

Once we send your order, you will receive an email informing you that it has been shipped. If you like to receive further tracking information, please answer to the e-mail you have received and we will send back your tracking number.

Deliveries by Courier within Europe are usually made in 3-5 working days after your order has been placed and payment has been received. Deliveries by Postal Service within Europe are usually made in 5-8 working days after your order has been placed and payment has been received. Deliveries outside of Europe may take up to 14 working days depending of the location of delivery. These delivery times are indicative and there might be delays caused by a courier or other supplier or due to high volume periods.

Payment information

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and any other methods which may be supported by Paysera – our secure online payment provider. You can also pay by making a direct bank transfer to our account.

All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. It happens that sometimes the issuer of your payment card may refuse to authorize the payment due to security or some other reasons. In this case you should contact your card issuer for further information.

Orders and returns

Click on a Product Photo or Product Name to see more detailed information. To place your order, choose the specification you want and the quantity, and then click ‘Add to Cart’. From there you can finalise your order by going to the Checkout page. If you are buying a new pair of shoes it is very important to check out our Size Chart before you proceed to checkout to make sure you have selected the right size.

Upon checkout please enter the required information. Before clicking “Place Order”, please check your Order Details carefully. After confirming your Order, you will be automatically taken to the Payment page.

If you want to cancel or change your order before it has been shopped, please contact us through e-mail: sales@groovyfox.bg

No worries, this can happen sometimes even if you have used the size chart we provide. In this case all you have to do is send us an e-mail asking to exchange your size. Then you need to send back the shoes that you have to our address. Once we receive them we will send back the new pair to you. And if we are out of stock from the size that you want to exchange to we will simply issue a refund. We try to make this process as smooth and uncomplicated as possible so we will assist you every step of the way.
