Withdrawal and Returns
The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason and without compensation or penalty within 14 days upon receipt of the order. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the buyer must inform the seller of his or her decision to withdraw from the contract by an unequivocal statement sent by post or e-mail using the contact details, published on the www.groovyfox.bg website. The buyer may choose to use the following exemplary form:

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for the buyer to send communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
In case of withdrawal from this contract, the seller reimburses all payments received from the buyer, except shipping costs, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which the seller is informed about the buyer’s decision to withdraw from the contract. The reimbursement will be carried out using the same means of payment as the buyer used for the initial transaction, unless the buyer have expressly agreed otherwise. The seller withholds the reimbursement until the seller has received the goods back. The buyer bears the direct cost of returning the product.
The products have to be returned new, unused and with all garment tags still attached. Returns must also include the shoe bag and the box (where applicable). The buyer is liable for any diminished value of the product resulting from the trying of the product other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product. Returns that do not meet the seller’s policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the buyer.
Apart from the right of withdrawal from the contract, within 14 days upon receipt of the order the buyer may exchange the product. In order to exchange the product, please use the contact details written on the “Contact” section of the website.
Gift Card vouchers and items purchased through Gift Card vouchers cannot be refunded.
